We create this positive change by pursuing the opportunities available to use through membership. We develop as individual leaders and as team members, and positively impact the world around us. Members plan and carry out projects and programs focusing on four key areas: Business Development Community Development International Development Individual Development Programs & Events JCI Canada offers the following programs in which members and/or chapters may participate: Effective Speaking Competition Efficiency Award Member Activation Program National Awards Program Recruitment & Retention JCI Canada runs the following events in which the public participates: Outstanding Young Canadian Award Program Junior Effective Speaking Competition JCI Canada offers its members the opportunity to gain valuable experience by either chairing a progam or acting as a relationship director.
